About FTLO Travel

FTLO Travel is a vibrant and fast-growing remote travel company that creates unforgettable group trips for young professionals. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Operations Team while gaining valuable, real-world experience in the travel industry. This internship is ideal for a student or young professional ready to develop key skills in operations, project management, and team communications.

 

What You’ll Gain​​

What You’ll Be Doing​

  • Pre-Trip Preparation: Create and update pre-trip materials, including packing lists, and destination-specific tips and health & safety guides.

  • Trip Leader Support: Assist trip leaders through email, WhatsApp, and video calls to ensure smooth trip execution.

  • Data Accuracy: Review travel, expense, and bonus requests for accuracy and completeness.

  • Research & Recruitment: Support research for potential new trip leaders and help with the administrative side of the hiring process.

  • Content Creation: Draft newsletters, feedback requests, and training materials for trip leaders.

  • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for urgent trip-related needs.

  • Ad Hoc Projects: Pitch in on various projects to support the Operations team as needed.

What We’re Looking For​

  • Deadline-Oriented: You can handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines with ease.

  • Highly Organized: You know how to prioritize, stay on track, and problem-solve as challenges arise.

  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using spreadsheets and learning new systems quickly.

  • Travel Enthusiast: You believe in FTLO’s mission to make travel accessible, meaningful, and unforgettable.

 

Ideal Background

  • Education: Current university student or recent graduate, ideally in operations, hospitality, communications, or a related field.

  • Time Zone Fit: Residence in CET (Central European Time) is preferred, but we’ll also consider candidates in GMT, EET, and EST.

  • Legal Requirements: You must have legal authorization to work and be paid in your country of residence.
